How does the Diet Program work?

Well! Thanks for asking. 

Your Weight Loss Coach is your Personal Dietician. Just like the real world, she provides a diet plan based on your Weight, Height, Body Fat, etc. And just like the real world, you need to meet her every once in a while so she can analyze your progress and provide new plans. 


So this is how it works:

◎ The Diet Program starts with a trial week. Trail Week's Diet Plan is common for everyone.
◎ At the end of the trial week, you are allowed to meet your Weight Loss Coach.
◎ Your Coach analyses your progress and based on that, provides a new Diet Plan for the next week.
◎ After every week, you will be allowed to meet your Coach to get your next week's plan.
◎ You can repeat until you reach your recommended weight. 


Once you have reached your recommended weight, your transition period begins. During this period, you can switch to your regular diet but should be cautious when eating high calories foods. Refer 'Avoid List' for high-calorie foods.


Following this program, you can easily lose weight and make your body more beautiful.


Note:

You can meet your coach on the last day of every program. If you don't have time, you can meet whenever you want after the last day. But your program will not be generated untill you meet your Coach. So it is recommended that you meet her as soon as possible.
